PAYMENT & NO REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

This Payment & No Refund Policy applies to payments made to TLV Management Agency Inc. for property management, leasing, tenant placement, administrative, consulting, and other related services.

1. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the pricing, invoice, service agreement, management agreement, leasing agreement, or other terms provided at the time of purchase.

Payments may be securely processed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor. TLV Management Agency Inc. does not directly store complete credit or debit card information processed through third-party payment providers.

2. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES AND SERVICE FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE SERVICES HAVE BEEN PURCHASED OR WORK HAS BEGUN, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Because our services may require administrative preparation, property research, marketing, tenant screening coordination, scheduling, document preparation, consulting, or other resources, payments are generally non-refundable.

This includes, where applicable:

Property management fees
Leasing service fees
Tenant placement fees
Administrative fees
Consultation fees
Property marketing fees
Application or processing fees charged directly by TLV Management Agency Inc., where legally permitted
Other service fees disclosed before purchase

3. Cancellations

Canceling a service does not automatically entitle the client to a refund. Any cancellation rights will be governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

Recurring property management or other ongoing services may have separate cancellation and termination requirements stated in the client’s management or service agreement.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or experienced a billing error, please contact TLV Management Agency Inc. promptly.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact TLV Management Agency Inc. first if they have a concern regarding a payment or service.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual payment obligations. We reserve the right to provide Stripe, the card issuer, bank, or other payment provider with relevant records regarding the transaction, including invoices, agreements, communications, service records, and proof of authorization or services provided.

Nothing in this policy limits a customer’s rights under applicable payment network rules or federal, state, or local law.

6. Authorization of Payment

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize TLV Management Agency Inc. and its payment processor to charge the amount disclosed at checkout, on the invoice, or in your applicable service agreement.

For recurring charges, recurring billing will only be processed when authorized and subject to the terms disclosed to you.

7. Service Agreements

Certain services may require a separate Property Management Agreement, Leasing Agreement, Consulting Agreement, or other written contract.

If a separate signed agreement contains payment, cancellation, termination, or refund provisions that differ from this website policy, the terms of the signed agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.

8. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any refund, cancellation, dispute, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

TLV Management Agency Inc. reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its discretion when appropriate or when required by applicable law.

9. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing services, submitting payment, or authorizing a transaction with TLV Management Agency Inc., you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Payment & No Refund Policy and any applicable service agreement presented to you.
